Imagine waking up each morning with the Gulf of Mexico just outside your door, spending the day on Marco Island's beautiful white-sand beach, and ending the evening watching a spectacular Gulf sunset from your own private balcony.
Our Sea Winds #405 beachfront condo is located at 890 South Collier Boulevard on the desirable south end of Marco Island. With the beach right outside the building and restaurants, shopping and entertainment within walking distance, it's a wonderful location for a relaxing Marco Island vacation.
We completed a full remodel of our two-bedroom, two-bath condo in January 2022. Nearly everything was updated, including the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, furnishings and finishes.
The condo has approximately 800 square feet of indoor living space and 992 square feet including the balcony. The open layout makes excellent use of the space and provides a comfortable home away from home for couples and families.
We take pride in keeping our condo exceptionally clean and well maintained. It is a non-smoking, pet-free property.
We think the 4th floor is one of the best locations in Sea Winds.
You're high enough to enjoy a wonderful view of the Gulf and beach, but still close enough to hear the waves rolling onto the shore.
It's also convenient. Take the elevator when you want, or simply use the stairs without having to climb ten or fifteen floors.
Grab a cup of coffee in the morning and step onto the balcony to enjoy the Gulf breeze, watch the activity along the beach or simply listen to the surf. In the evening, it's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy one of Marco Island's famous sunsets.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, providing a comfortable retreat at the end of the day.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed plus a twin trundle, giving families additional sleeping flexibility.
With two completely remodeled full bathrooms, everyone has plenty of room to get ready for another day at the beach or an evening out.
Both bathrooms feature beautiful tiled walk-in showers and updated fixtures.
Our completely remodeled kitchen features new cabinetry, countertops, appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
Whether you're making breakfast before heading to the beach, packing a cooler for the day or enjoying dinner at the condo, you'll appreciate having a fully equipped kitchen.
Of course, with so many restaurants nearby, cooking is entirely optional!

Sea Winds is located directly on Marco Island's beautiful beach. There's no need to load the car, hunt for parking or haul everything several blocks.
Walk out of the building, through the private beach access and you're there.
Spend the day swimming, shelling, walking the beach, relaxing in the sun or watching for dolphins. Marco Island's long crescent-shaped beach is also perfect for morning and evening walks.
And when you're ready for a break, your condo is just a few minutes away.
Sea Winds offers more than just a great beach.
Guests can enjoy the heated swimming pool and hot tub, along with tennis and pickleball courts.
It's easy to spend the morning at the beach, come back for lunch, relax by the pool in the afternoon and head back to the balcony for sunset.
One of our favorite things about Sea Winds is that you don't have to get in the car every time you want to go somewhere.
The condo is on the popular south end of Marco Island, close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
Even better, Sunset Grille is right next door. Walk over for lunch, dinner, drinks or to watch a game without ever getting in your car.
Several more restaurants and shops are within walking distance, making this an especially convenient location for guests who like to park the car and enjoy the island on foot.
